Schema Magazine, founded by Sara Bastai, is a platform that mixes art and pop culture, exploring contemporary themes through refined visual stories.  Each issue is structured in chapters that are entrusted to one or more artists, who contribute to a multifaceted but coherent narrative. Through interweaving modern stories, Schema aims to redefine the traditional concept of a magazine, making it both captivating and more readable as a single cohesive story. 

ISSUE 2 - LILY & LOLA'S TALE 

The second issue of Schema Magazine addresses the theme of sisterhood by analyzing all its complexities, with the idea of telling it as an experience that is both intimate and collective. The bond between two sisters, who grew up together but are destined to take different paths, is explored through love, rivalry, expectations and the search for self, noting how these themes contribute to creating the bond, revealing its strength and fragility.

Each chapter focuses on a significant moment in their history, where beauty ideals, gender expressions, and external pressures call their connection into question.
