SHIPPING & RETURNS
Our online store is a huge move for us into a more digital landscape. We kindly ask that you bear with us as we learn how to navigate this space. We will do our best to keep our customers happy and satisfied.
Shipping & Delivery
We continue to sell our publications in-store and now online too! We also offer a Click & Collect option. Once you receive your email confirmation, you can then collect your orders from our store, Thu - Sun, between 8.30- 16.00 hrs. Fri& Sat, between 8.30 - 18.00 hrs
Orders will be processed and shipped on Mondays and Thursdays weekly. If you require more urgent shipping, simply select this option in your check out. All shipping is calculated upon the weight, distance and urgency of your order. Shreeji will notify you by email when your order has been dispatched. All orders are tracked and traceable.
After orders have been processed, delivery (in the UK) can be expected within 2-3 working days. EU countries between 3-5 working days, and other international countries between 5-7 working days. You may be subject to extra fees and duties at the point of delivery, depending on the country of residence.
All orders will be carefully and securely packed in protective kraft envelopes or boxes. Unfortunately we cannot take responsibility for any damages that may occur enroute to you. However we do encourage you to contact us if this happens so we can address the matter with our carrier and aim to find a solution.
Please notify us within 14 working days if you haven't received your order. If we receive no communication from you within that period, we can assume that you have received your order in good condition.
Returns & Exchanges
We generally do not have a returns policy, however depending on the product and the particular scenario, we may consider making an exchange. Please contact us at the earliest and no later than 7 days of receipt of your order. Exchanges can only be made for publications priced over £25.00. You will be responsible for the shipping costs of exchanging your item(s).
Items purchased in-store cannot be exchanged online, and items purchased online cannot be exchanged in-store.
